ABU Post Bases for Heavy-Duty Uplift Resistance
ABU adjustable post bases feature a wrap-around “U” seat that grips both sides of the post for extra capacity. A heavy-steel strap connects to a cast bearing plate set 1 inch above concrete, protecting the post from standing water.
Slotted anchor-bolt holes and interchangeable straps fit multiple post widths, making ABU bases ideal for high-load decks, porches, and columns in coastal or seismic zones.
